When you contact us, we follow up quickly with a phone call and discussion about your situation. Our detailed estimate addresses your roof’s condition and your preferences. Your assigned project manager is with you from start to finish, including a final inspection before we consider our work complete.
The Speedy Roofing Process
Free Detailed Estimate for Reroof or Replacement
Project Manager visits your home to assess the health of your current roof.
- Outdoor examination only. Homeowner does not need to be home.
- If there is a known leak or indication of a leak when the Project Manager evaluates the roof, the homeowner is contacted to arrange an in-home assessment.
Project Manager calls the homeowner to report findings and recommendations, including options.
- Discussion with homeowner includes desired style, roofing types, materials, Speedy Roofing’s approach and timeline.
Homeowner receives a detailed estimate with their selected materials within 1-3 days of the home visit.
- This might include pricing for two options.
- Warranty information is included.
1 to 3 days
Schedule Your Home’s Project
Agreement is signed by Speedy Roofing and homeowner.
- 20% down payment is due at signing.
We set up an estimated start date, subject to changes necessitated by the weather.
Project Manager confirms the start date with you one week in advance.
Urgent situations receive priority service
Reroof or Roof Replacement Completed
Project Manager meets with the assigned crew on the day the project starts so your crew’s prepared with all project details.
- Crews start each project by protecting areas around the home that could be damaged by materials coming off the roof during work, using tarps and plywood.
Project Manager is available to answer questions and respond to homeowner requests.
Cleanup occurs at the end of every day our crews are working at your home.
- Project Manager reports his inspection to the Owner.
Homeowner receives written warranty for materials and labor.
Final payment is due upon project completion.

Project Manager responds to homeowners questions about any roof we install, with no time limit.
Our customers rarely experience problems.
- But if there is one, the Project Manager works to resolve the issue, which is almost always related to a materials manufacturing problem.
We stand behind our work and advise customers about how to maintain their roof to get the maximum life possible (based on the manufacturer warranty).

Speedy Roofing is a two-generations (so far) family business, founded in 2006 by David Hurtado.
We train our crews through an apprenticeship program that turns each new employee into an expert on particular roof types and materials. The same is true of our deck water-proofers.
David knows every crew member and routinely reviews on-site work.
We’re a tight-knit group of people with a lot of interests and a lot of roofing experience.
